Due to the unique nature of our program, we have a policy of not disclosing prices online. We have found that by disclosing prices online potential clients may compare THE EDGE Strength + Conditioning to run-of-the-mill gyms and personal trainers who compete based solely on price. Our point of difference is quality and unrivalled service; we don’t compete on price.

THE EDGE Strength + Conditioning program is an excellent method to improve body composition, performance and health for most people. It’s based on fundamental principles of science that apply to everyone, from novices to elite athletes . However, we understand that you might have specific goals and unique circumstances. Therefore, we may accommodate specific requests for a bespoke training program on a case by case basis at our discretion. Please email us to discuss
You can choose between either one (1), two (2), three (3) or four (4) private coaching sessions per week.
Absolutely not! Although we do train some elite athletes, the focus of our business is introducing novice trainees to the principles of strength and conditioning for the purpose of improving their lives. Email us to get started
Sorry, but THE EDGE Strength + Conditioning is a members only facility; training is by appointment only. If you would like to visit THE EDGE Strength + Conditioning, please contact us to arrange a convenient time
We are reasonable at THE EDGE Strength + Conditioning. We understand that life happens and some things are beyond control. Therefore we offer a 1 week grace period with every program.
If you must miss training for up to 1 week, we tack this time onto the end of your program. But If we do Not get a message within 24 hrs of a session, you will fore fit that session.
